Our online store is live & active with our retail store and is accurate at the time of purchase. If, for any reason, we cannot supply your chosen item we will contact you by phone or email to advise you when it will be available, or we will suggest an alternative. If a refund is due, we will forward it to you without question.

Delivery Costs

STOMP KIDS SHOES is committed to delivering your goods to you as promptly as possible. Your goods will be forwarded to you on the first working day after receipt of your order. We now deliver worldwide, however you will need to pay with your credit card in NZ Dollars.

We use a courier service to send the goods to you (in New Zealand) in the most cost efficient and secure way. Therefore we need you to supply a building address for the package to be delivered to, not a PO Box address. PO Box addresses can be used when sending via Courier Post non-signature packages. Within Auckland and NZ wide non-Rural we use Courier Post tracked. Rural locations we will use NZ Post tracked. Posting worldwide you will need to contact us at the store and advise on the items you require and when you need them by and then we can advise on the cost of sending them.

Feel free to use the 'Pick up' option if you live nearby.

Please contact us if you have any questions about delivery. Once paid your package will be dispatched within 24 hours Mon-Fri (except public holidays).

We will only ship overseas if paying by NZ$ and you have agreed a shipping cost with us beforehand. Please email us at info@stompkidsshoes.co.nz to verify the shoes you require and where you require them sending to and we will find the best price for shipping to you. For Australia we have 3 package options Small, Med & Large so please check first. Most small shoes that are lightweight will fall into the small to medium category. With Australia shoes are sent airmail which usually takes 3 - 6 working days.

Returns Policy

If what you have received is not suitable for your child’s feet or you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to provide a full refund or credit note if the goods are returned to us at STOMP KIDS SHOES in their original condition and packaging, within 30 days of purchase. Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable unless we have sent you the wrong item.

If you wish to return a product purchased during the Free Shipping Promotion, We will have to recover the shipping cost from the refund or exchange.

Refunds are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased. STOMP KIDS SHOES will meet all its responsibilities under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Please ensure you have contacted us prior to sending goods back so that we are aware of the issue & know to expect them. Please keep your receipt of proof of purchase.
If you are returning the items received under "free shipping over $150" promotion, we have to cover the cost for the shipping while processing refund.
All Sale Items including Clearance/Last Pair items are excluded from this Return Policy as all sales on these items are final.
